A day at the Pumpkin Patch

Photo Diary// October 2017

A few days ago on a chilly October morning, my family, my best friend and I wrapped up warm in coats and scarfs, put on our wellies and took a trip to the local Pumpkin Patch.

Every autumn, it has become a household tradition to go on a search for the best looking pumpkins at a lovely place called Secrett’s at Hurst Farm in Milford, Surrey.

We love this ‘pick your own’ farm, as we find it’s the perfect way to get into the Halloween spirit whilst spending time with family and friends.  There are always hundreds of pumpkins to choose from in a variety of strange colours and shapes. There are also great games, biscuit decorating and face painting for the little ones to enjoy, as well as gorgeous photo opportunities around every corner. To top it all off, pumpkin cake, curry and soup are served in cute miniature pumpkins to help you warm up after exploring the fields!

I’ve put together a little photo diary from our autumnal day out, enjoy!

I hope you are all enjoying this beautiful season as much as I am. What’s your favourite thing about Autumn?

Happy Halloween!
